Participating businesses span everyday categories — sports and recreation, car rentals, food and drinks, appointments and more — not only sports venues.
- Discover participating businesses and venues. Browse nearby businesses across everyday categories and open their profile to see what they offer.
- Communicate directly. Ask questions, check availability, get recommendations and keep the conversation with the business in one place.
- Ask about schedules and availability. Where a business supports it, check or ask when it is open and available.
- Make bookings through the app. Where supported, arrange a booking or service, confirm the details and keep track of the transaction.
- Follow businesses you use. Stay up to date with a participating business's announcements, availability and offers.

Joining ShopNodes Go puts your venue in front of people using the app, and gives you access to the venue management experience used for supported operations.

- Manage your venue information. Keep the details customers see about your venue up to date.
- Handle courts and resources. Where supported, manage the courts or other resources that can be booked.

There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription fee for the ShopNodes Go venue-owner offering. ShopNodes Go's business model is a convenience fee charged when a customer completes a booking through the app.
Joining is by application and approval. Being listed in ShopNodes Go helps participating venues be discovered, but it does not guarantee bookings, customers or revenue.
